What to expect:

Fast improvements: Fast improvement requires techniques that are based on a combination of knowledge from communication and behavioural sciences (e.g. Psychology) and so require experts that poses indepth knowledge in these areas. Our communication professor is a multidisciplianry expert (see profile below).

Lasting confidence: Lasting confidence from confidence courses is generally rare because of widespread adrenaline-based training methods and because human brain is highly complex for such methods to work. Science-based training is the best-know method to-date for lasting confidence.

Interactive and tailored: The sessions are interactive with ample opportunity for practical exercises, interaction with other participants as well as personalised feedback and guidance. The training will be tailored to each individual’s needs and interests.

Universal application: Building confidence means also building fascinating knowledge about human brain and behaviour. These enable you to improve confidence in any context, including advocacy, diplomacy, interviews, meetings, politics, presentations, teaching and viva/oral exams.
