This is an interactive session where you can ask specific questions, obtain fully tailored training or consultation and design a short- or long-term intervention plan.

Changing your booking
If you cannot attend on the time you booked, you will be given the opportunity to choose from the remaining options for up to two cancellations free of charge – if you cancel 24 hours or more ahead of the start time of the training or consultation.
If you cancel on the day the training or consultation is due to take place, you will incur a charge of 30% of the payment.
