This workshop is designed to provide a psychological ‘shield’ that can protect the mind from toxic positivity and pressure to feel happy.

The workshop will help you recognise when you are pursuing the wrong types of happiness or becoming addicted to fleeting moments of euphoria.

The workshop is about meaning, reflection and contentment, and why it is sometimes good to feel just OK.

Communication and relationships are interdependent and complex, and so improvements in these areas require access to the right combination of knowledge.

Our interdisciplinary team of leading scientists have put together skills we consider most impactful. The course introduces fundamental principles that apply across stages of relationships – from formation, to maintenance, to growth of relationships; and across types of relationships: romantic, family, friendship, work, and other types of social relationships.
