Avoiding the ‘Achievement Trap’

 

From a very young age, we are under pressure to keep achieving – we often fall into the ‘achievement trap’ where we must keep achieving to gain a sense of worth from external validation.

This often leads to the feeling that we are always falling far short of expectations regardless of objective measures of success – which leads to feelings of inadequacy, stress and burnout.

This workshop is designed to help you to learn to recognise unhealthy obsession with achievement and take a step back to recognize what makes you really passionate or how to achieve a sense of inner contentment.

The workshop will assist in your self-discovery of what you really enjoy and want to gain in of life, so that you can reach contentment instead of chasing after external validation and recognition.
